About SCAN Methodology

SCAN is a business evaluation methodology that reviews a firm from top to bottom. It is analogous to the MRI medical procedure of generating a cross section image of the total body with a view to identifying and treating hidden and serious medical problem areas.


Techniques such as GAP analysis, Strengths & Weaknesses, Brainstorming, and Group Discussions are used to evaluate the Business Development, Sales and Marketing strategic options for the company.


After discussions with the management team, and exercises developing the company's strategy, the resulting deliverable is an ACTION PLAN for implementation by the company team. There are also regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress.
